HURRAY I'VE GOT A JOB

          OH MY GOD!!! I can't believe this . i've got selected in L&T IES (Intgrated Engineering Service) . The selection process was very complicated. Initially our HOD informed me about the opening and campus recruitment. On second June 2011, I  attended the preliminary rounds of the selection process at CPT campus in Tharmani, Chennai. More than 150 eligible candidates attended the process. There were two HR officials in the selection process. One is from Mysore and his name is Gowri Prakash, the another one is from Chennai and her name is Siva Sujithra. Both were very kind but very strict and systematic in the process. The first round was a written aptitude of objective type which included reasoning, visual, technical, mechanical, and English .In the first round 27 were short-listed from 150 for the second round. Then the 27 were split up into 3 groups of each having 9.  The second round was a group discussion. Each group discussed separately on separate topics.The first day of selection process ended up with the group discussion and 20 were selected for the next levels which were on day two.


          For the second day we were informed to report at the L&T Office in Nandambakkam, Chennai. The second day consisted of two rounds. The first round is a technical interview . The interviewee panel consisted of two members. Both were very cool and friendly with the candidates. They took more than half an hour for each candidate to test their technical ability.At the end of  the technical round, only 10 were short-listed for the HR interview.Atlast all the 10 were selected and we are all now part of L&T family.


          Im very proud that Im going to work for an MNC , L&T in their SBU L&T IES. the work place may be Chennai, Bangalore, Mysore, Mumbai, or Vadodara which is the head quarters for IES unit. The package they offer is much satisfied, and moreover its a place to upgrade my knowledge and my overall career. 

I've started Blogging

Probably , this has to be my first post in my blog, but out of excitement, not knowing what to write I just posted about my farewell day in college. To tell the truth, i thought to start a blog before 2 years, when i was in ma first year college. While just surfing through Internet i read a blog called "Bhonyz inspired perceptions" , it was a blog of a married woman having a child. The way she wrote expressed the love in her words for her family   ( it was a post about her family's,some wedding function)  , I was just impressed and then I thought of starting a blog. And the time came to start my own blog now. Its here,

FINAL DAY IN MA COLLEGE

2011- MARCH -18     its the most precious and a day with mixed emotions-(sad n happy) -yeah its our FAREWELL DAY.  A little happiness that we are gonna step into the next part, but much sadness that from this moment we are gonna be departed or separated or anything we can say, but we are really gonna miss all those happiness, joy , fun . we had many problems in college even though , we felt very comfortable there- simply its a heaven for us. we shared a lot of things, we are never gonna be like before. rarely we'll be meeting each other, yes after sometime everyone will be obsessed with their own sort of jobs. some go for higher studies and some go for job . any how its practically impossible to be in touch . we jus only can chat through mobile phones, even chatting on phone becomes rare sometime. but its possible to be in touch through social network sites and blogs. thats why i've started blogging with ma first post on our farewell day. I'll be continue blogging and will update everything . so please be in touch. And yearly once we'll meet for a get-to gether party.
